Job Description

The Change and Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for supporting business partnering and change functions, focusing on the organization's transformation to enterprise agile ways of working. This role involves developing frameworks and tools for people, organizational, and agile change, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to change initiatives and embedding new ways of working.

This specialist will support planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery of change projects and agile initiatives. They will track and report on change activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, they will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and improve frameworks and toolkits for delivering organizational and agile change.
  • Support planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery of change projects and agile initiatives.
  • Track and report on change activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR or organizational change programs, particularly in agile environments.
  • Knowledge of organizational design, change management, and agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
