Job Overview

As a specialist in organizational development and change management, you will support business partnering and transformation initiatives within our organization. Reporting to the Head of People Experience & OD, this role involves developing frameworks and tools for people, organizational, and agile change, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to change initiatives and embedding new ways of working.

  • Maintain and improve frameworks and toolkits for delivering organizational and agile change.
  • Support planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery of change projects and agile initiatives.
  • Track and report on change activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Research relevant topics to support the development of agile and continuous improvement solutions.
  • Build relationships across the organization to embed agile mindsets and practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a unified, collaborative culture.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support transformation.
  • Support and contribute to key projects and agile ceremonies.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate workshops and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders to adopt agile values and behaviors.
  • Embed company values into team practices and support wider People team projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in HR or organizational change programs, particularly in agile environments.
  • Knowledge of organizational design, change management, and agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and resilient team player.
