Transformation Leader

Northern Trust is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Change Delivery Manager/Scrum Master. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change within highly regulated technical environments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of removing impediments and promoting continuous improvement. Additionally, they should have experience in guiding teams towards self-organizing and cross-functional structures, identifying blockers, and collaborating with operational managers to ensure backlogs are refined and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coursetaking teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices.
- Development of existing/future business analysts for efficiency and productivity.
- Guiding and supporting teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
- Identifying and addressing blockers and dependencies across teams.
- Collaborating with operational managers to ensure backlogs are refined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance, using data-driven insights to drive improvement.
- Enhancing the use of Azure DevOps across operations to establish efficient ways of working.
- Building and monitoring Azure DevOps and Power BI dashboards for future metrics.
- Supporting project managers and operational managers in capacity planning.
