Leadership is a vital part of our team. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills to create an inspiring environment for colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Ensure the team is fully trained and validated in their roles.
- Store Operations: Be responsible for the store when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager are absent, manage stock control, warehouse layout, and routines for first-time accuracy.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture of trust and two-way communication, recognize and provide feedback on excellent service or areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Coach and manage colleagues to meet daily priorities and customer needs, ensure a welcoming environment for colleagues and customers.
- Problem Solving: Review reports and systems to implement improvements for customers and colleagues, address pricing, overcharges, refunds, and labeling issues to ensure correct charges.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer and colleague service, adapting and thinking flexibly.
- Collaboration: Achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment, being the point of contact for department queries, shaping and influencing at senior levels.
- Communication: Previous retail experience in a similar role (preferred), understanding and delivering cleaning standards through leadership and example.
