About This Agile Scrum Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes within cross-functional teams responsible for software development and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Daily Stand-Ups: Lead daily meetings with pharmaceutical project teams.
  • Agile Coaching: Guide teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework tailored to regulated environments.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve blockers impacting team productivity while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support Product Owner: Collaborate to maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business needs.
  • Promote Collaboration: Foster effective communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor Progress: Track progress, team velocity, and deliverables; provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Encourage Continuous Improvement: Reflect on process enhancements to improve quality, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Risk & Compliance Awareness: Ensure Agile practices align with industry standards, risk management, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
  • Proven experience with digital systems, software platforms, and industrial control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency with industry-specific digital tools (e.g., SCADA, MES, ERP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
