Associate Process Engineer Job Summary

The Associate Process Engineer will play a key role in the delivery of digital validation solutions and process improvement initiatives for our life sciences customers.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong background in engineering, science or a related discipline, who is looking to make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in a remote setting. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of validation principles and quality systems, as well as experience with software and digital tools.

  • Support the implementation of digital validation software, including process mapping and validation activities across customer projects.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their processes and translate them into digital workflows.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to support project delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 2+ years of relevant experience in a regulated or technical environment, preferably in validation. Equivalent education and project exposure also considered.
  • Familiarity with validation principles and quality systems.
  • Interest in software and digital tools, with a willingness to learn about SaaS platforms.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
