Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a specialization in financial systems to play a pivotal part in designing and implementing robust solutions for charging and billing product suite.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements related to charging and billing processes and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

You will design and architect end-to-end charging and billing solutions considering factors such as real-time processing, scalability, and integration capabilities.

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing charging and billing systems identifying opportunities for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.

  1. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements related to charging and billing processes.
  2. Solution Design Design and architect end-to-end charging and billing solutions considering factors such as real-time processing, scalability, and integration capabilities.
  3. Analysis Conduct in-depth analysis of existing charging and billing systems identifying opportunities for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.
  4. Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership throughout the software development life cycle emphasizing best practices in charging and billing system architecture.
  5. Product Roadmap Work closely with product managers to contribute technical insights and ensure that architectural decisions align with the charging and billing product roadmap.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on charging and billing systems.
  • Strong background in software engineering and architecture particularly within the context of financial systems.
  • In-depth understanding of charging and billing processes including real-time processing and integration with other systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in ensuring the accuracy of billing systems.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts related to charging and billing to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
