We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality managerial reporting.
This position supports strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.
- Timely and accurate processing of the monthly financial close
- Preparation of month-end accruals
- Maintenance of first-class financial reporting aligned with accounting principles and policies
- Monitoring and analysis of results at terminal and product level vs. budget and prior year
- Support for management in optimizing decisions through financial performance insights
- Coordination of balance sheet reviews
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Facilitation of internal and external audits
- Reporting monthly on internal controls to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Reporting (Essential)
- Recognized Accountancy Qualification (e.g., Diploma, Accounting Technician)
- Strong business acumen and decision-making influence
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Advanced Excel skills (Essential)
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial finance and auditing experience
- SAP knowledge (Advantage)
- Power BI experience preferred
