Role Overview:

A key member of our team will be responsible for ensuring the accurate setup, calibration and troubleshooting of process instrumentation across a variety of sectors. This role will provide an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and innovations in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

The Calibration Technician will work closely with relevant Subject Matter Experts to facilitate calibration activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This will involve maintaining detailed documentation, reporting on work carried out and undertaking site-based training as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out calibrations in a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintain all documentation in an organised and controlled manner in compliance with GMP, FDA and Safety Procedures.
  • Work with relevant SMEs as required facilitating calibration activities.
  • Report work carried out in compliance with site-based reporting tools.
  • To be available and to undertake any site required training.
  • Update 'PM' schedule as required .
  • Execute Calibrations in a paper based environment.
  • Update site system database as required.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ideally at least 2 years industry experience.
  • A good knowledge of Calibration Systems and Automation/Controls systems.
  • Literacy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
  • Possess excellent Communication / Documentation and Interpersonal skills.
Education and Certifications:
  • Level 6 Trade qualification E & I or Instrumentation OR Level 7 in Process and Controls Instrumentation.
  • Proof of education, licenses and certifications will be required where applicable
