Architectural BIM Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural BIM Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a passion for innovative design solutions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our architecture and BIM practice by developing and implementing cutting-edge BIM protocols, standards, and workflows.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies across multiple projects and teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project deliverables and ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide expert guidance on BIM best practices, workflow optimization, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and deliverables through rigorous quality control checks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Manager.
  • Proficient in setting up and managing complex Revit models, including creating custom families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
