Job Title: Architectural Delivery Lead

Are you a motivated and experienced architect looking to take on a leadership role in architectural delivery?

We are seeking an Architectural Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design and delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the architectural delivery of major large-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design team members and external consultants
- Maintain permanent on-site presence to oversee construction progress
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site management team
- Ensure design integrity and quality throughout all project phases
- Resolve design-related issues and technical queries
- Coordinate with other disciplines including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers

Qualifications:
- Min 10 years' experience with an emphasis on strong technical and building experience in a range of sectors
- Must be proficient in Revit and BIM
- Track record in delivering projects of scale
- Strong experience on site essential
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and planning systems
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to plan and work to agreed timelines, a thorough, diligent approach to work and driven to see things through to completion
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and work within a fast-paced environment
