Job Summary:

The Project Delivery Lead will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects to time, within budget and to specification. This includes overseeing and monitoring the project lifecycle around schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract and risk.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive Project Execution Plan, ensuring the project is aligned to and delivers in accordance with established standards and methods.

The Project Delivery Lead will engage with stakeholders, manage relationships, lead coordination efforts and maintain task trackers.

Key responsibilities also include working with technical teams to coordinate design consultants and external service providers, organizing design review meetings and communicating design acceptance.

The Project Delivery Lead will communicate design changes to relevant team members and stakeholders, report on tasks throughout the project lifecycle and maintain an up-to-date risk register.

A minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction/Infrastructure sector, including aviation and/or related projects of similar size and complexity, is required.

Understanding of live airport operations and experience working on-site, not just office-based, are essential.

A proven track record of delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within allocated budget is necessary.

Experience dealing with various stakeholders at all levels and knowledge of operating as a client's project manager are also required.
