Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile development, excellent communication skills, and a strong leadership style.

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish and oversee Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and software artifacts.
  • Build a collaborative and productive team environment, driving accountability towards critical milestones and deadlines.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years managing complex IT projects, focusing on Agile development in financial institutions.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Agile) preferred.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Expertise in IT project management, business analysis, and change management.
