Job Title:

Strategic Program Lead

Job Summary:

Seeking an accomplished Program Manager to oversee strategic projects within the life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries and demonstrate exceptional program management skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Leadership experience in manufacturing facilities, engaging with site SMEs and managers, and global functions
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products and maintain existing ones
  • Passion for continuous improvement applied to product and program leadership

Scope of Role:

  1. Arrange agreement among project team, customers, and management on project objectives
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules/plans addressing quality, objective, scope, cost, schedule, resources, and responsibilities
  3. Effectively communicate with project stakeholders
  4. Execute prudent risk and issue management
  5. Maintain actions/risk and decision logs
  6. Generate and own GMP change control
  7. Motivate, support, and direct project team members to deliver on project plans
  8. Lead team meetings and cross-functional collaboration

Education & Experience:

  • Technical degree and/or Master's or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a life science/pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment, including 3+ years as a program manager
