Job Overview

Cork County Council seeks a skilled Executive Construction/Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major and minor capital projects, as well as the management and supervision of assigned staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver complex construction and project management initiatives
  • Manage and supervise a team of professionals
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors and vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field (level 7 on the NFQ)
  • Minimum five years' experience in a similar role
  • High standard of technical training and experience
  • Satisfactory knowledge of public service organisation
