Construction Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, construction and/or rail industry, and expertise in the latest construction technologies and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the construction project ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within budget and schedule.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the project including possessions, planned closures, and weekly planning meetings.
  • Manage a team of engineers and construction workers ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within budget and schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other contractors to ensure all work is completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience of project management in the construction and/or rail industry.
  • Expertise with construction including earthworks, drainage, troughing, concrete works, railway, and possession planning advantageous.
  • Knowledge with the latest construction technologies and software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills including client-facing communication.
  • A valid Irish full driver's license.
  • Right to work in Ireland with fluent English speaking and writing.
