Project Leader for Construction Projects

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Cork centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed construction programmes in conjunction with the Planning Department.
  • Ensure works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements.
  • Oversee all Health and Safety standards.
  • Manage contractual issues to minimise risk to the company.
  • Maintain good client and design team relations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Construction related discipline.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience on large scale buildings/civils projects.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager running large scale projects.
