Job Description

Established practice seeks experienced professionals to lead landscape projects.

We are currently looking for Senior or Project Landscape Architects to join our team in Cork. You must be a team player with good technical and design skills who wishes to be involved in the development of innovative, cost-effective and buildable solutions in an environment that is collaborative, stimulating and challenging.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project management responsibilities including contractual, financial and programme management through design, detailing and construction.
  2. Establish strong working relationships with other members of the landscape team and internal teams across the business.
  3. Develop and manage the work of others.
  4. Clear communication, including the ability to write concise technical reports and to contribute to conference calls, meetings and workshops.
  5. Client-facing role responding to client requirements.
  6. Produce or oversee the production of drawings and other technical documentation using appropriate software.
  7. Compile tender submissions and secure new work.
  8. Technical leadership guiding and developing junior staff.
  9. Collaboration within multi-disciplinary design teams.
Requirements
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, MILI or equivalent.
  • Full driving license.
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills.
  • At least 10 years experience delivering projects from detailed design through to site.
