Site-Based Architect Position Overview

Our Cork office is seeking an experienced and dynamic architect to lead architectural design and delivery for a major large-scale development project in Limerick.

As a Site-Based Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing construction progress, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring design integrity and quality throughout all project phases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating with design team members and external consultants
  • Maintaining a permanent on-site presence to oversee construction progress
  • Conducting regular site inspections and quality assessments
  • Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and site management teams
