Operations Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, potency, and quality are met in product manufacture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks associated with preparation and production of products in a controlled environment.
  • Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
  • Complete tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Production batch records.

The Operations Specialist will also be involved in:

  • Facility and equipment modifications.
  • Product demonstration and validation activities.
  • Supporting safety and quality events, CAPAs, and change controls.

Essential Functions include:

  • Responsible for execution of tasks associated with preparation for and production of products in a controlled environment.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
  • Participate on project teams through all phases of start-up projects.

Requirements include:

  • Working knowledge of production operations with focus on attention to detail and compliance to regulatory standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum certificate level qualification in a related discipline plus 2-3 years relevant experience in a commercial manufacturing environment.
