We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Care Assistant to join our team across County Mayo.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver on the vision for the individuals they support. They will provide personalized supports to enable individuals to gain valued social roles in their lives and participate in meaningful creative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized supports to meet the unique needs of each person.
- Develop and implement Individual Plans that promote independence and community integration.
- Advocate on behalf of individuals regarding their needs, preferences, and rights.
Requirements:
- No mandatory qualifications required.
- Experience in facilitating and supporting people with high and/or complex needs.
- A genuine understanding and interest in working alongside people to effect positive opportunities and change in their lives.

- Competitive salary scale (€30,288 - €42,034 per annum).
