This role presents a rare opportunity to become part of a highly skilled Managed Services team, driving cutting-edge solutions for mid to enterprise level organisations. You will be working with a top Microsoft Gold Partner and Oracle Platinum Partner, capitalizing on your experience in Microsoft and/or Oracle technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver support solutions for mid to enterprise level organisations within the Managed Services team.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
  • Develop an understanding of client's business, applications, and users; communicate technical issues to business users.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements.
  • Work with clients in a professional manner and maintain client-facing skills as required.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience (including 3-year specialist experience in an Oracle DBA support role).
  • IT or Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT environment constraints and challenges.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Working experience in technology areas such as Oracle Database Administration, SQL Server Database Administration, Red Hat Linux or Oracle Linux Administration, Oracle Exadata Administration, Oracle RAC Administration, Oracle ASM Administration, Database Backup and Recovery procedures (RMAN), and Oracle Data Guard configuration and administration.
