Synopsys is seeking a highly skilled Functional Safety / Cybersecurity Manager to join their team.
Job DescriptionThe Automotive Functional Safety / Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for ensuring Synopsys Automotive IPs comply with ISO 26262 and related standards. This includes managing Work Products, coordinating internal development teams and customers, and evaluating customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all Work Products listed in the project Safety Plan / Cybersecurity Plan
- Coordinate internal development teams and automotive customers to ensure functional safety / Cybersecurity compliance
- Evaluate customer requirements related to quality, functional safety, cybersecurity, and automotive reliability
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or MSEE)
- 10+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years with an MSEE
- Knowledge of protocols such as DDR, PCIE, UCIE
- Solid working understanding of semiconductor development flows and hardware development at the IP level
- Formal training in ISO 26262 and working knowledge of ISO21434
- Experience with various ISO 26262 work products such as Technical Safety Concept; Safety Plan; FMEA Analysis; FMEDA Analysis; Dependent Fault Analysis; Safety Manual; Safety Case
