The Ideal Candidate

We seek an experienced mechanical specialist who can carry out complex tasks, diagnose faults, and apply lean techniques to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out advanced mechanical repairs, including frame replacement and component repair.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues with precision.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance repair efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and quality.
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Mechanic with extensive experience in automotive or technical environments.
  • Strong hands-on skills in mechanical repairs, including dismantling, fitting, and assembly of components.
  • Experience working with diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies and process-driven environments is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and capable of driving repair efficiency and quality targets.
  • Must have own tools (Tool Purchase Scheme available after 6 months).
  • Full valid driving license required.
