Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to take on the role of Concession Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concession within Brown Thomas Galway store.

Your primary focus will be on driving sales, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will also be responsible for leading and developing your team, providing training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be expected to work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage Stock Levels: Monitor and control stock levels to ensure that inventory is properly managed and that products are always available to customers.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to your team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Maintain High Standards of Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
