About You

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Roscommon store. In this role, you will lead the sales team by example, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and providing friendly, welcoming customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Experience as a supervisor in a similar environment is preferred, but we will consider relevant experience in other roles.

About the Role

Being a supervisor at DV8 is a responsible yet rewarding position with clear opportunities for progression. Your duties will include:

  1. Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them effectively.
  2. Opening and closing the store in accordance with security procedures.
  3. Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor, ensuring all products are correctly priced and well-presented.
  4. Ensuring high standards of merchandise display to maximize sales.
  5. Managing till operations for both card and cash payments; training will be provided if needed.
