About Us: Lawnfield House is a residential care home registered with the RQIA to provide respite care for up to 20 residents who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, or are older adults.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for promoting and ensuring the highest standards of care, in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • To lead by example and manage staff effectively, fostering a positive working environment.
  • To be aware of Health and Safety practices within a working environment and take necessary precautions.
  • To undertake relevant training and maintain registration with professional regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of understanding and respect for the needs of older people or those with disabilities.
  • Proficiency in English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Awareness of the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland and willingness to uphold it.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including on-call shifts as required.
