About Us: Lawnfield House is a residential care home registered with the RQIA to provide respite care for up to 20 residents who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, or are older adults.
Main Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for promoting and ensuring the highest standards of care, in compliance with statutory requirements.
- To lead by example and manage staff effectively, fostering a positive working environment.
- To be aware of Health and Safety practices within a working environment and take necessary precautions.
- To undertake relevant training and maintain registration with professional regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Evidence of understanding and respect for the needs of older people or those with disabilities.
- Proficiency in English language skills (written and verbal).
- Awareness of the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland and willingness to uphold it.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including on-call shifts as required.
