Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, monitor, and implement our client's HSEQ policy, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Collaborate with site management to draft and communicate health and safety documents.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to management, safety representatives, and employees.
  4. Deliver comprehensive health and safety induction programmes for new employees and sub-contractors.
  5. Conduct thorough inspections and site audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Investigate and report all accidents, ensuring prompt notification to relevant parties.
  7. Compile essential documentation for inclusion in the safety file, ready for handover to the client at project completion.
Requirements
  • A degree in Health & Safety or a related field.
  • Significant experience in health and safety for a contractor in the Irish or UK markets.
  • Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities.
