We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a building project in Citywest, Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on contractual matters, processing contractual claims, and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on general and project-level contractual matters
  • Process contractual claims and associated records
  • Identify and investigate losses
  • Assist with project cash management
  • Negotiate and agree subcontractors
  • Draft commercial/contractual correspondence
  • Prepare subcontract and suppliers documents
  • Review monthly cost reports

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • 5+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on construction projects
  • Ability to work on large-scale, high-headcount construction sites and sub-contractors
