Therapeutic Area Associate Director/Director, Clinical Laboratory Sciences
This role requires a deep understanding of clinical laboratory practices and processes. The successful candidate will partner with business and therapeutic partners to develop clinical laboratory, diagnostic, and biomarker strategies at the compound level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and document clinical laboratory and diagnostic strategies and plans at the molecule level.
- Collaborate with the therapeutic area, clinical design, and other partners to develop a design plan executable by the study team.
- Manage key partnerships and interactions/integration across the cross-functional clinical team.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD) in a scientific or health care field.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills.
