Health Economic Leader Position

This strategic role involves shaping the clinical development and global market access of novel therapies. The Director of Health Economics will lead the development of HEOR strategies for leading assets in hematology.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional partners to strengthen product value propositions and support patient access through health economic models, value dossiers, and HTA submissions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating regulatory-grade real-world evidence studies, innovative partnerships, and guiding the development and validation of clinical outcomes assessments.

Additionally, this leader will drive epidemiology analyses and observational studies to support development goals, communicate insights to international teams and stakeholders, and lead vendors and experts to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements
  • Advanced graduate degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in health economics or a related field, including study design and health economic modeling.
  • Experience engaging with regulatory authorities and HTA agencies; strong publication record.
  • Oncology HEOR experience is preferred.
