Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Milk Supply Team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage on-farm milk quality and compliance with regulations, as well as milk supplier account management.
  • Work closely with the Milk Supply Manager team to gain experience in one-to-one farmer engagement and problem-solving.
  • Develop technical expertise while collaborating on project work with various functions within the organization.
  • Gain experience in on-farm interactions, technical knowledge of the dairy industry, and project management.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and have the opportunity to own and improve processes.
Requirements
  • A high academic record in fields such as Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or related disciplines, with an expected minimum of a 2.2 honors primary degree.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting and ever-changing environment.
  • The ability to drive collaboration and build partnerships to meet shared objectives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A thirst for knowledge and a desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
