Milk Supply Operations Graduate

We are seeking a motivated and talented graduate to join our milk supply team.
- To provide a series of real-world learning experiences, helping you build confidence in your abilities and flourish in your career.
- You will work closely with the milk supply manager team, gaining experience in one-to-one farmer engagement and problem-solving.
- Advancing your technical experience while collaborating on project work with the wider organisation, including agribusiness, transport, and quality control.
The role involves:
- Managing on-farm milk quality and compliance to regulations
- Milk supplier account management
- Developing areas such as on-farm interactions, technical knowledge of the dairy industry, and project management
Requirements include:
- A high academic record in agricultural science, agribusiness, or related disciplines, with an expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree
- Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing, and challenging environment
- Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills, clear communication, and the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow
- Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change
