This exciting opportunity allows you to join our Milk Supply Team as a graduate, working closely with our experienced professionals to gain valuable insights and expertise. Based in our collaboration hub in Abbey Quarter, you will have the chance to work on challenging projects and develop your skills in managing on-farm milk quality and compliance, milk supplier account management, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining experience across the Milk Supply Function, including managing on-farm milk quality and compliance, milk supplier account management
  • Working closely with the Milk Supply Manager team to gain experience in one-to-one farmer engagement and problem-solving
  • Collaborating on project work with our wider functions, including Agribusiness, Transport, and Q&C
  • Developing your technical knowledge of the dairy industry and advancing your project management skills
  • Maintaining compliance documentation and owning process improvements with the support of the Regional Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high academic record in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or a related discipline, with a minimum 2.2 honours primary degree
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness, driving collaboration and building partnerships to meet shared objectives
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • A thirst for knowledge and a desire to continually learn and grow
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change
