Job Description:

This role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to drive growth and ambition in the dairy and agri sector. Key responsibilities include developing partnerships, managing relationships, and delivering value through collaboration.

  • Develop and manage partnerships with third-party suppliers and co-manufacturers to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Manage and maintain a register of all third-party suppliers and co-manufacturers.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for third-party suppliers and co-manufacturers.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on supplier performance.
  • Review and implement strategies to improve supplier performance and reduce risks.
  • Support the development of the supply chain and operations team.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the supply chain.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required. Strong knowledge and experience in project management, people management, and commercial skills are essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also necessary.
