Product Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a commercial team responsible for over 200 customers globally. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering customer-driven innovation projects, managing new product introductions, and developing the opportunity pipeline.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Innovation Projects: Manage projects by working with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals, representing the commercial view, guiding stakeholders, taking key decisions, coordinating and meeting project milestones, and providing clear recommendations based on project outputs.
  • New Product Introduction: Manage the introduction of new value-add products, including change management, collateral development, product concepts, and applications for dairy powders.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with marketing to develop a go-to-market strategy for new product introductions across all dairy powders.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize the online C4C platform to manage and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Category Management: Support the category manager in managing the business unit, including supply chain and planning optimization.

Requirements:
  • Degree Level: Business/Commerce/Food Science or similar third-level qualification.
  • Experience: Proven 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a background in B2B food ingredients experience being a distinct advantage.
  • Skills: Ability to innovate, be proactive, and act as a highly motivated self-starter in a rapid results-driven environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work cross-functionally across many teams.
