- Gain experience in managing on-farm milk quality and compliance to regulations
- Develop skills in milk supplier account management
- Work closely with the Milk Supply Manager team to advance technical experience
- Collaborate on project work with wider functions, including Agribusiness, Transport, and Quality Control
- Maintain compliance documentation and improve processes
- On-Farm Milk Quality Management: Manage on-farm milk quality and ensure compliance to regulations
- Milk Supplier Account Management: Develop skills in milk supplier account management
- Technical Experience Advancement: Work closely with the Milk Supply Manager team to advance technical experience
- Project Work Collaboration: Collaborate on project work with wider functions, including Agribusiness, Transport, and Quality Control
- Compliance Documentation: Maintain compliance documentation and improve processes
Our ideal candidate will have a high academic record in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or related discipline, as well as ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness. They should also be able to drive collaboration and build partnerships to meet shared objectives, communicate clearly, and influence at all levels, demonstrate a thirst for knowledge and desire to continually learn and grow, and be analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
