Milk Supply Team Developer

Our two-year graduate development programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a challenging and fast-moving agribusiness environment. You will gain experience across the milk supply function, including managing on-farm milk quality and compliance to regulations, as well as milk supplier account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Milk Supply Manager team to develop your technical experience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the wider Tirln functions on project work, including Agribusiness, Transport, and Quality Control.
- Develop areas ranging from on-farm interactions, technical knowledge of the dairy industry, and project management.
- A high academic record in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or related disciplines.
- An ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness.
- The ability to drive collaboration and build partnerships to meet shared objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
