Job Summary:

Senior Environmental Professional

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Environmental Professional to lead our environmental services practice in Northern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of designing and implementing mitigation/remedial measures in the region, as well as business development experience in the Northern California market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the growth and development of our Environmental Services practice, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, managing staff, and providing guidance on personnel development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the expansion of our Environmental Services practice in Northern California.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage staff to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Oversee project financials and technical responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion in the Northern California market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an environmental science or engineering field.
  • 10+ years of related work experience.
  • 5+ years working at an environmental consulting firm.
  • Track record of designing and implementing mitigation/remedial measures in Northern California.
  • Business Development experience in the Northern California market.
  • Personnel Management and Project Management experience.
  • Professional registration (P.E. or P.G.) preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
