Domestic MICE Market Growth Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and growing new business opportunities within the domestic MICE market.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of Irish-based MICE accounts, including corporates, charities, associations, institutions, and preferred partner conference agents and venue finders.
- Deliver the annual sales plan and achieve sales targets by maximising revenue from existing and new accounts through effective account management and cross-selling.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success, and the ability to work effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution. They will also provide market insights and updates to senior leadership.
