Job Overview:

The role of a Night Supervisor is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours. As the first point of contact for guests upon arrival, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless continuity of service to our guests.
  • Manage late check-ins and early check-outs with efficiency and professionalism, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular security and fire checks to guarantee guest safety and well-being.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and issues with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Supervise the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and event spaces for the following day, ensuring accurate handovers to day staff.
  • Monitor cleanliness standards across all public areas, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage late-night bar service, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures and optimal customer experience.
  • Provide detailed handovers to day staff, ensuring continuity of service and seamless communication.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Night Auditor or Night Supervisor in a 4-star hotel is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • A positive attitude with excellent presentation and communication skills is required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
