The successful candidate will have proven experience and expertise in cybersecurity areas including policy development, risk management, and governance. You will also have strong technical ability to evaluate and mitigate cybersecurity risks in contemporary IT systems.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent leadership and management abilities, with experience of leading, managing and developing a team. You will be proactive, able to take initiative and contribute effectively to the delivery of security operations and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">

  2. Oversee the development and implementation of our cybersecurity strategy and governance framework. ">
    ">
  3. Lead the development and support of network and security infrastructures that support the delivery of enterprise-grade business infrastructure. ">

  4. Manage the selection, implementation and management of cybersecurity technologies throughout the organization. ">
    ">
  5. Ensure that all external managed service providers are compliant with our cybersecurity policies and standards. ">
    ">
  6. Be accountable for responding to and managing any cybersecurity incidents and breaches. ">
    ">
  7. Lead our efforts in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing initiatives. ">
    ">
  8. Periodically report critical cybersecurity risks and cyber KPIs/metrics to Senior Management. ">

  • Cybersecurity experience and qualification/certification. ">
    ">
  • Proven experience and expertise across a range of cybersecurity areas, including policy development, risk management, and governance. ">

  • Strong technical ability to evaluate and mitigate cybersecurity risks in contemporary IT systems. ">
    ">
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities, with experience of leading, managing and developing a team. ">
    ">
  • Proactive, able to take initiative and contribute effectively to the delivery of security operations and objectives. ">

  • Ability to drive ICT/Cybersecurity/Digital-enabled transformational change in a dynamic and complex environment. ">
