Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to lead and support our site-wide training initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering certified training programs to ensure compliance with customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to enhance the capabilities of our employees.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on electronics handling, assembly, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement (CI/Lean).
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and assessment results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to inform training content.

Requirements:

  • IPC Certified Trainer credentials (J-STD-001/IPC-A-610) or willingness to achieve certification.
  • Strong background in electronics manufacturing or design within an ISO-certified environment.
  • Proven experience in delivering training and assessing workforce skill levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Lean or CI environment.
  • Knowledge of waste reduction techniques and tools.
