Electronics Training Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Electronics Training Specialist to lead and support our site-wide training initiatives.
This role involves delivering certified training, driving induction, upskilling, and cross-training across departments, as well as coordinating with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to support audits, CAPA investigations, and prototype builds.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver certified training to ensure compliance with customer standards.
- Drive and support induction, upskilling, and cross-training across departments.
- Assist in developing capability matrices to identify skills gaps and mitigate single points of failure.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to support audits, CAPA investigations, and prototype builds.
- Lead practical, hands-on training in electronics handling, assembly, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain training facilities and records, and update training content in line with current technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to strategic training plans and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with HR and CI teams.
- Requirements:
- IPC Certified Trainer credentials (J-STD-001/IPC-A-610) or willingness to achieve certification.
- Strong background in electronics manufacturing or design within an ISO or EN9100-certified environment.
- Experience in delivering training and assessing workforce skill levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
- Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and CI tools (A3, waste reduction, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
