Job Opportunity: Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer to lead and support our clients' site-wide training initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering certified training, driving upskilling, and cross-training across departments. They will also assist in developing capability matrices, coordinating with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams, and maintaining training facilities and records.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality training to ensure compliance with customer standards.
  • Drive and support induction, upskilling, and cross-training programs.
  • Develop and maintain capability matrices to identify skills gaps and mitigate single points of failure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support audits, CAPA investigations, and prototype builds.
  • Lead hands-on training in electronics handling, assembly, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training records and update content in line with current technologies and regulatory requirements.
Your Qualifications:
  • IPC Certified Trainer credentials (J-STD-001/IPC-A-610) or willingness to achieve certification.
  • Strong background in electronics manufacturing or design within an ISO-certified environment.
  • Experience in delivering training and assessing workforce skill levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and CI tools (A3, waste reduction, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
