About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Development Specialist to lead our site-wide training initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement training plans that align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver high-quality training content, including workshops, presentations, and online resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and assessment results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs into the organization's overall strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and effective training programs that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
