Job Title: Quality Manager

We are currently recruiting for a senior quality professional to oversee and manage our assurance processes on one of the largest construction projects in County Kerry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee assurance for civils and concrete projects.
  • Implement, maintain and continually improve our management system (QMS) to meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain quality documentation using Fieldview and Viewpoint systems.
  • Develop, review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and procedures to ensure quality is integrated into every stage of project delivery.
  • Closely collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and clients to resolve any quality issues that may arise.
  • Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices to staff at all levels.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements:

  • Civil engineering or construction management qualification.
  • Proven experience in civils and concrete assurance management.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and management systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
