Care Team Development

As a Senior Care Professional with Connected Health Group Limited, you will play a vital role in the development of our care team. Your primary responsibility will be to support and assist your colleagues in delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Key Duties

  • Undertake regular spot checks with healthcare assistants in the community.
  • Conduct client reviews to ensure ongoing high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for completing spot checks.
  • Responsible for staff shadowing and monitoring adherence to Health & Safety policies.
  • Collaborate with coordinators to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service delivery.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant health or social care qualification (e.g., QQI Level 5 Major award in Healthcare Support).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in homecare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good standard of English - both spoken and written.
