**About the Role**

This is a challenging opportunity for a Property Solicitor to join our team and contribute to the implementation of our strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with property transactions and general legal queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with property transactions and general legal queries.
  2. Transfer property ownership and rights in connection with property purchases and sales.
  3. Prepare transactional documentation and undertake title due diligence.
  4. Draft first registration applications and deal with complex title issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in Property Law and Conveyancing is essential.
  • Practical, hands-on attitude in dealing with a high volume of legal transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Good aptitude in reading maps and excellent organisational, communication skills.
  • Experience in using a legal case management system.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong understanding of Property Law and Conveyancing.
  • Is able to work independently and use initiative.
