Quality Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Director to spearhead our New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. This strategic role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and regulatory acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute quality strategies for NPI, ensuring speed-to-market, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Drive design for manufacture and assembly through technical leadership and direction in quality assurance for new product launches.
  • Inspire the NPI team to drive robust preventative measures and improvements of product quality and process design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science discipline; Business Management or MBA is an advantage.
  • 10+ years' experience in regulated manufacturing environments (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Bio-Medical/Pharma, Automotive).
  • 6+ years' experience leading high-performing teams and managing inspections/audits by regulatory bodies.
  • Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements, standards, and regulations.
